lyrics

Full moon rippling in the Thames, mirror made me sick again – reaching through the door behind the wind. Crow is perched upon the ledge, pluck the fruit and cross the hedge – silver blue and black against the sky, following the river as she flies. As the memories fade from technicolour to tans and grays, will the wonder remain (or not)?

Lightning flash above the ridge! Build the bonfire, scratch the itch – meet me where the ocean laps the shore. Oooh, turned to fossil, carved in wood – come into my neighbourhood, sleeping where the roots dig in the soil; see me in the serpent as she coils. As the memories fade from technicolour to tans and grays, will the wonder remain (or not)?
